Pole Passion has been offering the very best parties since opening our first venue in Brighton way back in 2003! Parties are our speciality and EVERYTHING is included. We are Skills Active accredited training providers for pole fitness (we train the trainers) so our pole instructors are safety trained and all instructors are fully insured. We cater for any size party from 3 girls to 30+ and any age group with all parties held privately, there are no spectators allowed unless guests of the party, and all venues are clean, centrally located and have licensed bars with lounge areas.

Fitness Classes

Pole Dance Fitness Lessons are suitable for absolute beginners through to advanced. Regular pole fitness training strengthens your muscles and tones your body and you will experience an increase in flexibility and through correct instruction get an increase in self esteem and confidence making you feel sexier and healthier plus calorie burning and weight reduction.

Pole Passion Classes are suitable for all regardless of age, shapes or size and include a warm up, cardio workout, stretches, pole tricks, spins, transitions and a cool down after with a qualified and fully insured instructor.

Courses & Certification

Pole Passion are Skills Active Accredited Training providers for pole fitness (we train the trainers) We understand the importance of ongoing support and training with the right service ethic to get you started in Pole Fitness. Our Level 1 & 2 Pole Fitness Instructor Training Courses are accredited with Skills Active and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s) for 16 CPD points each (32 CDP total).
